Demons are creatures native to the Shustuft Crust dimension, ruled over by Rushu, who is said to be the only surviving member of the original ten Demon gods. They crave carnage and dream only of invading the World of Twelve to inflict upon it the same destruction as they did their home world.
Origin[]

Ten Demons first appeared within the Krosmoz around the same time as the first ten Gods. Among these was Rushu, who killed his brethren early on, becoming the ruler of all demons from then on.
Shushu[]
- Main article: Shushu possession
A demon that is sealed inside an object becomes an entity known as a Shushu. Shushus are capable of taking over the bodies of people and creatures, and are therefore often guarded by strong-willed individuals who try and keep them under control. Possessed objects and individuals alike are usually recognizable by one of more independent eyes emerging from their surface or skin.
Note: In practice, "Demon" and "Shushu" are often used interchangeably, so we make the distinction on this wiki mainly for categorization.
